01 Introduction

03 Account Registration & Security

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on aet365. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If aet365 identifies multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether identified by name, date of birth, address, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — all duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any balances held within them may be forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for:

Deposits:

In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on aet365 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport or event, as published on the platform at the time of betting. The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets:

• A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted by aet365's system and a confirmation reference number has been issued to you. Bets that are pending confirmation are not binding on aet365.
• aet365 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds caused by a technical error, manifest pricing mistake, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

10 Account Suspension & Termination
